To start this exercise, put your knee and left hand on the bench, then bet right leg a little bit and back flat. Moving further, row the dumbbell up to hip while keeping elbow close into your side.

One more effective back exercise for men is done with two dumbbells and is called side lateral raises in a bent over position. Both the dumbbells are taken out to the side, squeeze blades of shoulders together, and back down. Doing this back exercise a strong contraction is felt in the posterior delts. So the greater the bent, the greater the stress between the shoulder blades and to the back of shoulder.
